A little smoke and something silky

Flying Jack brings cherry, chocolate and Pedro Ximénez together with Jack Daniel’s No. 7 and Laphroaig. It is a combination for anyone drawn to darker flavours, with smoky whisky threading through the fruit and chocolate. The sort of name you remember the next day.

Stiletto takes a different approach: raspberry, lemon, vodka and cava foam. Fruit and citrus beneath a delicate finish. The name fits.

Then there is Camouflage, mixing exotic tea, banana, lychee and vanilla with white rum. Tropical, with a few interesting detours. It gives you a reason to look back at the ingredients and work out exactly what caught your attention.
